Announcing neutrality

Historically Japan and South Korea has been largely antagonistic with each other for a variety of reasons. I might have some people question the neutrality of this topic because I am a Japanese-American. I would like to announce that I will always follow Wikipedia's guideline of Neutral point of view when writing this topic. I may be Japanese and have written mostly about Japanese military related tech, but by no means am I very bias to anything Japanese related. I admire both countries, whether that be food, culture, tech and/or entertainment. But i'm also aware that they have their own host problems and have done terrible things in the past. I am writing this topic because I believe there is a lot of information about it, but I do hope that both countries can resolve their differences and improve their relationship.
