Proposed deletion of Diwakar Tiwari

The article Diwakar Tiwari has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

A google search for दिवाकर तिवारी reveals only brief mentions. Nothing in the current article gives anything near what is needed for establishing notability per WP:PROF
