Queye moved to draftspace

edit

Thanks for your contributions to Queye (2). Unfortunately, it is not ready for publishing because it needs more sources to establish notability. Your article is now a draft where you can improve it undisturbed for a while.

Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. ... discospinster talk 22:34, 1 October 2023 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I'm Qwerfjkl (bot). I have automatically detected that this edit performed by you, on the page Queye, may have introduced referencing errors. They are as follows:

Please check this page and fix the errors highlighted. If you think this is a false positive, you can report it to my operator. Thanks, Qwerfjkl (bot) (talk) 23:55, 20 October 2023 (UTC)Reply

Deletion discussion about Queye

edit

Hello Icantthinkofaname22, I thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.

I wanted to let you know, however, that I've started a discussion about whether an article that you created, Queye, should be deleted, as I am not sure that it is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia, in its current form. Your comments are welcome at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Queye.

You might like to note that such discussions usually run for seven days and are not votes. And, our guide about effectively contributing to such discussions is worth a read. Last but not least, you are highly encouraged to continue improving the article; just be sure not to remove the tag about the deletion nomination from the top.

If you have any questions, please leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|Justiyaya}}. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~ . Thanks!

Speedy deletion nomination of Queye

edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Queye, requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which pages can be deleted at any time, without discussion. If the page meets any of these strictly defined criteria, then it may soon be deleted by an administrator. The reasons it has been tagged are:

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Icantthinkofaname22, the page being recreated showed up on my watchlist a bit ago, think I forgot to take it off. I'd encourage you to come back after the subject has gotten coverage in reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject. No amount of editing can overcome a lack of notability, but time, or media coverage that may potentially come, will. Before then though, it'd quite a fruitless process trying to get an article on here :/ Happy holidays! Justiyaya 14:42, 28 December 2023 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Queye

edit

Hello Icantthinkofaname22,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Queye for deletion, because it seems to be promotional, rather than an encyclopedia article.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks!

Draft:Queye and Draft:Queye (2)

edit

Hi. I have deleted the mainspace version at Queye, and protected the title so it cannot be inappropriately recreated again. Once an article has gone through AFD, as that one has, it is not appropriate to recreate it with essentially the same content. There are at least two versions of the article in draft space at the titles linked above. Please pick one version to work on, and work on improving the draft to address issues with sourcing and a promotional tone. Once it is ready, push the button that says, "Submit draft for review!" to submit it to AFC. Meanwhile, I suggest you tag whichever version of the draft you don't want with {{db-self}}. ~ ONUnicorn(Talk|Contribs)problem solving 18:02, 28 December 2023 (UTC)Reply

Hello. Your recent edit to List of search engines appears to have added the name of a non-notable entity to a list that normally includes only notable entries. In general, a person, organization or product added to a list should have a pre-existing article before being added to most lists. If you wish to create such an article, please first confirm that the subject qualifies for a separate, stand-alone article according to Wikipedia's notability guideline. Thank you. Managing a conflict of interest

edit

Hello, Icantthinkofaname22. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on the page Queye, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.

Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. DMacks (talk) 09:57, 1 January 2024 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

I didn't realise that this could be flagged for advertising. I'm sorry and I won't do it again. Icantthinkofaname22 (talk) 10:21 pm, 29 January 2024, last Monday (7 days ago) (UTC−5)

Decline reason:

Please describe what constructive edits you would make unrelated to any WP:conflict of interest, Queye, or any form of (self) promotion. Looks like you need a WP:TOPICBAN on Arab-Israeli conflict, broadly construed. Thanks, -- Deepfriedokra (talk) 22:44, 5 February 2024 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

I would like to start by making contributional edits to city Wikipedia pages (e.g. I'd like to edit the sister cities section on the Doha page to add the country flags), and airport pages. Icantthinkofaname22 (talk) 12:25, 6 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
