Speedy deletion nomination of Andrei Toma

Hello Icdsarch,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Andrei Toma for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to remove speedy deletion notices from pages you created yourself, as you did at Andrei Toma, you may be blocked from editing. -

The previous message from Lbmarshall says "Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from pages you have created yourself, as you did with Andrei Toma.". The message in the box on the article says "If this article does not meet the criteria for speedy deletion, or you intend to fix it, please remove this notice, but do not remove this notice from pages that you have created yourself." and yet you did it for the third time. Is there something about the messages which wasn't clear to you? Ought they to use a different language? --David Biddulph (talk) 17:37, 20 January 2016 (UTC)
