Request reason:

This username does not imply shared use beyond a reasonable doubt, and to say that it is is simply reading too much into a completely harmless username. Additionally, though I am an infrequent editor, the edits I have made have clearly been made with the intent of improving the encyclopedia, and I have no history of disruptive editing on Wikipedia. I was blocked without warning for a nugatory perceived infraction of Wikipedia policy. This action is not justified.

Accept reason:

• @The Anome: it's not the warmest of appeals, with a hint of wikilawyering about it, I know, but I was going to ask for some additional detail on a) why the username is believed to be shared b) if there is any editing history beyond purely the username that suggests NOTHERE editing? I'd really hope that's not the reasoning - the username to me is a fairly clear "imbecile/dinosaur" blur rather than "Imbeciles R us" vibe. I generally go with 3 day waits, so I'll give Anome till the 12th, since they've not edited since just before my ping. Nosebagbear (talk) 12:25, 10 August 2021 (UTC)
