Hi,

I think that this lead article was well-written and gave a comprehensive overview on the topic of uropods. The beginning paragraph gave necessary background information abut uropods and its relevance to immune regulation. The one thing I would like to comment is that when mentioning the 4 main stages of movement, I would advise not to list all stages since those specifics can be further elaborated upon in its own section. I would briefly comment or even mention the 4 main stages instead. Also, I think it was a great job that you succinctly described the physiology of the uropod since your article will be focused on multiple aspects of uropods especially what enable them to move. Overall, I think the lead section had great transitions that provide enough context and information as to what the article will discuss.
