Article currently fails WP:NOTABLE with only two citations, neither of which to a WP:RS. However, I think this list could be very interesting if the author can add a column with the colors and their intended meaning (many flag articles will already have a citation you can borrow)! :)

Help me!

I’m confused with some measurements in the file below. In , I noticed that the sun is 34 units from the left edge, but 35 units from the top. This has left me confused, as I thought (and just my thoughts, no sources) the sun would be equidistant from the top and left edge. Is this a mistake, or am I jut not looking at things right? It's explained in the text at Flag of Rwanda § Dimensions: The space between the tip of the uppermost ray and the top limit of the flag should be 13 cm (5.1 in), and the space between the tip of the rightmost ray and the fly-side limit of the flag should be 14 cm (5.5 in). The source (a Rwandan law) is cited at the end of the paragraph.
