Nomination of Vaibhav Maloo for deletion

I have declined the speedy deletion request mentioned above, but a discussion is now taking place as to whether the article Vaibhav Maloo is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.
