Mat og mer as has been deleted under the provisions for speedy deletion. This was for two reasons: the article was about a business, but gave no indication why it was significant enough to justify an encyclopaedia article, and it appeared to do nothing other than promote the business. I suggest reading the general notability guideline, the guideline on notability of organisations and companies, and the policy on use of Wikipedia for advertising before writing any similar article. Multiple accounts

You appear to have two accounts, User:Ingridlarsen79 and User:Ingrid79. There is nothing wrong with having two account (I have two myself). However, some editors use multiple accounts for dishonest purposes, known as sockpuppetry, and to protect yourself against any accusations of doing so I strongly recommend putting a note on each of the two user pages stating that you have these two accounts. Then, if anyone accuses you, the fact that you were clearly not hiding your two accounts will be an effective defence. (You may also like to explain why you have two accounts.)
