Hello! From where do you have this idea, if I may ask courteously? Googling for old postcards of previous British queens consort does not seem to agree. SergeWoodzing (talk) 16:31, 6 January 2024 (UTC)Reply

Hi there! Thank you for your question. I'd like to admit that it is mostly a matter of perception... Since she first joined the British royal family, the title (and eventual titles) of Camilla have been the centre of much discussion and opinion. Her title was first to be Princess Consort, then Queen Consort, and now simply Queen. The age we're living in now is an age of firsts, wherein we have witnessed a reigning Queen's demise and the accession of a Queen consort, two very different titles. I find it thusly important to make this distinction known; if the title of 'The King' is used adjacent to the title of 'The Queen', it seems to implicate some sort of equality, which is not the case. Thank you for your prompt reply! Our personal opinions, as you probably know, are not to determine article content, even in a detail as peripheral as this. I respect your opinion, of course, but I do not agree and will not address the content matter on the article's talk page, where that belongs. Best wishes, SergeWoodzing (talk) 19:01, 6 January 2024 (UTC)Reply
