Phrasing
editHello @Metropolitan90: I thought that this[1] was probably established by the citation at the end of the next sentence. The source lists Maryland as one of the few states that has a special agency/effort to handle technology. I guess the source only proves that, not any particular speed of change. Do you want me to change that to just "Maryland puts more funding into tech change than most of the country does" or such? Invasive Spices (talk) 16 November 2022 (UTC)
