December 2011

edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, we would like to remind you not to attack other editors, as you did on Wikipedia:Village pump (proposals)‎. Please comment on the contributions and not the contributors. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. You are welcome to rephrase your comment as a civil criticism of the article. Thank you. Yunshui  11:41, 20 December 2011 (UTC)Reply

You think I attacked someone? LOL That's so cute! ^__^

Cambalachero

edit

I'm sorry to dissapoint you, but that's not my Flickr account, I don't have a Flickr account at all. Don't bother him, because he's not me, and he won't understand anything. The username I took is a variant of the lunfardo word "Cambalache", a famous tango, and in Spanish "Cambalachero" could be understood as "someone who works with cambalaches" (and a "cambalache" would be like a random mess of very varied things put toguether, and Wikipedia has a little of that, with articles about presidents and TV characters as equally legitimate topics). Yes, I know, too much slang to be understood by someone from the outside, just consider it like a private joke; but I wouldn't be surprised if another porteño had a similar creative idea when searching for a username. By the way, don't bother trying to find a photo of me, I never uploaded any. And none of the things I do in internet under my real identity (such as my Facebook account) can be related to wikipedia, so you will never find it. Cambalachero (talk) 02:39, 21 December 2011 (UTC)Reply

Please stop using talk pages such as Talk:Stop Online Piracy Act for general discussion of the topic. They are for discussion related to improving the article; not for use as a forum or chat room. If you have specific questions about certain topics, consider visiting our reference desk and asking them there instead of on article talk pages. See here for more information. Thank you. Also don't attack editors by calling them "idiots". -- MSTR (Merry Christmas!) 00:56, 22 December 2011 (UTC)Reply

Threats From User MelbourneStar

edit

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to use talk pages for inappropriate discussion, as you did at Talk:Stop Online Piracy Act, you may be blocked from editing. I don't think you're grasping Wikipedia policies too well, so how about I report you instead, that way you'll lose your editing privilages? -- MSTR (Merry Christmas!) 01:00, 22 December 2011 (UTC)Reply

This is your last warning. The next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at User talk:MelbourneStar, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Last warning, before I report you -- MSTR (Merry Christmas!) 01:01, 22 December 2011 (UTC)Reply

Your threats are irrelevant, I can make as many new accounts as I please to counter your attempted censorship (without reason at that). --InvertedCupcake (talk) 01:03, 22 December 2011 (UTC)Reply
My threats? I think you mean promises. I have reported you to WP:AIV - also your threat of making new accounts, will see you indefinately blocked. -- MSTR (Merry Christmas!) 01:05, 22 December 2011 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for abuse of editing privileges. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.
