Speedy deletion nomination of Ahmed waheed

Re your message: As noted to you several times above, the article was deleted because you did not establish why he is notable enough for inclusion on Wikipedia. Please do not recreate the article in main space until you can establish his notability. I suggest that you work on the subpages in your user space as a draft of an article. The article should not be deleted in your user space while you are working on it.
