I have been paid by the IPOSC organization to create this page. It is only to be used to notify the world of the group's existence. I can add a promotional disclaimer at the top saying that I have been paid by this organization.

Sorry, no. I think that user name is too close to the original. The disclaimer is a good start, though. As to the rest-- You will not be unblocked until:

• you propose a new username that meets the username policy
• you confirm that this account is used by one individual only
• you agree to avoid creating or directly editing articles related to your organisation (requested edits will still be permitted)
• you agree to abide by the Wikimedia Foundation's Terms of Use and disclose your paid relationship in accordance with the paid contributor policy
• you indicate what areas of Wikipedia you intend to edit in the future

i am requesting to be unblocked per your instructions. My new username will be "Eyecare10" if available, and I will add a disclaimer at the top of this draft notifying the public that I am paid by the IPOSC org. to draft this wiki page. I will also continue to edit other eye care NGO pages in the future like Fred Hollows Foundation and Himamalayan Cataract Project. This is not a one time edit, but I am the sole individual editing this page and I agree to only make requested edits.
