Part of the reason for the block was the "IQ" bit: you need to pick a username that's not associated with your company. There's nobody named "Vorobieva"; I would happily unblock you if you wanted to go with that name, for example. Here are a few key questions:

• Do you understand that Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, and not a business directory?
• Do you understand conflict of interest?
• Do you understand that to be considered for an encyclopedia article, the subject must be notable?
