• Hello again. Please avoid writing single-sentence "substub" articles. You need to add a lot more content beyond the dam's electrical potential. Thank you for your reminder. I understand it. But what I am doing here is: initiating the page with the info that I have and hopefully it is going to be expanded in due time. Because there is so little information available in English, on Iran in this sector, I have to dig deep or find info in Persian sources and translate. There are dozens of power stations in Iran which are not in English domain. It is going to take time and effort. I hope others like yourself will help me in this endeavor. Sir, this is the second article in three minutes you have created with practically no content, only being a proposal and not a real event, and it seems you are quoting the same source for the last...30 pages or so you have created, most with these same problems. • The source that I am quoting is an official source, that is why. I have created 2 articles in 3 minutes because I have been gathering these data for the past 4 days, and now I am putting it in. It is not near zero content, near zero content is when the page does not exist at all. As I remember the same rules your have reminded me sir, also encourage to create the page so that others can help in its completion. The same rules also, seek help with translation of non-English contents, which I am doing here. And no I do not need to use the sand box. • You are correct in terms of the rules that allow others to fill in small articles after creation, but the beef I have with the two of many articles of your's I have passed through patrol for you are the fact that these two articles cite content that regard these as projects that have not begun construction yet, and therefore may be susceptible to early termination as it is only a passed motion/proposal. To be honest, it's not really that big of a deal, but less speculative content would be greatly appreciated.

The problem is these power stations don't, in fact exist in Iran. They are all proposed power stations and as such qualify for deletion under WP:BALL. Please stop making articles on future dams and concentrate on dams currently in operation. There's much less push-back in this area. Padillah (talk) 20:03, 19 April 2010 (UTC)

No Leg Pulling, Please

As I have already discussed it on my talk page, I am making a detailed list of power stations in Iran, which does not exist on wikipedia (English). Please have patience till the process is complete and the data added gradually. I have added List of power stations in Iran, which did not exist on Wikipedia and all these pages, I am creating is related to that. Please do not waste my time by putting tags and messages which do not contribute towards betterment of the project. Re: Explanation

In your edit to "Arabian Gulf" you changed the explanation of the "Arabian Sea" from the correct "west of India" to the incorrect "south of Iran" (the bodies of water south of Iran are the Persian Gulf and the Gulf of Oman) and described the change as a correction. Your questionable accusation

Dear Sir or Madam,

With regard to this edit of yours [1].

In what way does the edit you undid constitute vandalism? I have read Wikipedia:Vandalism and find your attribution quite offensive and without basis as the definition requires that any compromise of Wikipedia's integrity be deliberate. I can tell you that I meant no harm by my edit, and I think that this is plain enough from nature of my edit.

Moreover, Wikipedia:Identifying reliable sources and Wikipedia:Verifiability would actually support the removal of the information as no reliable sources are cited that directly support the claim made. Arguably, by restoring the material you have yourself compromised the integrity of Wikipedia, but I do not accuse you of vandalism because I am confident that you already have a reliable source in mind to cite with a footnote before restoring the material. Please realize that citing the simple fact that people lived in that area and had governments does not support the claim that Iran is the oldest country, dating to 3200 BC (which is not common even to Iranian nationalist writing, which usually points to Cyrus or Median rise as the beginning). The scholarly source will need to state, quite directly, that Iran is the oldest country, dating to 3200 BC. Thank you.

Let's start again?

Wikipedia takes image copyrights seriously, this is why each image needs in addition to the information that you've provided, some indication of what licence the image is released under so that it's copyright status is clear. The absence of this 'licence' or confirmation that it can be used on Wikipeedia is why the images got tagged.

However, it's obvious that these images have a use, because you've put them into a table in an article, so I've de-tagged them, pending a clarifcation about what copyright status these images actually have.

You have stated that these are your own work based on 'Official' versions. I'm not an expert on Iranian copyrights, but typically insignia are usually under some kind of government held copyright, Does the government of Iran release thier work into the public domain? If so, is there a page where that is explained?.

If these insignia are not in the public domain, then because they are derived from a copyright work, they would of themselves by subject to the same copyright, in addition to the copyright in your own contribution to them.

As the images are in use in an article though, they are 'fair-use', which is a mechanism whereby an image can be used, even if it is not in the public domain.

Images that are 'fair-use' need to be marked as such so that are not confused with images in the public domain. Also, such 'fair-use' images, need an explanation to explain why the use of them is fair, and why an image that is public domain could not have been used instead.
