Seasons Greetings. Following on from your suggestion, on the same day as you I applied for access via wikipedia. Like you I was approved and told to expect an email. I got that email and completed their request for further details. Since then I have been waiting to receive my log-in details. I have chased two different email accounts on this, to no avail. I was wondering if you had encountered similar problems. Graemp (talk) 10:49, 31 December 2016 (UTC)
- Merry Christmas to you too (still three days to go). I've not really been using archives for a while, but I did manage to use this resource. Will check up for you. JASpencer (talk) 18:28, 3 January 2017 (UTC)
I chased again and finally got access yesterday. Graemp (talk) 08:54, 4 January 2017 (UTC)

Proposed deletion of The Steamers
The article The Steamers has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

If you disagree and deprod this, please explain how it meets them on the talk page here in the form of "This article meets criteria A and B because..." and ping me back through WP:ECHO or by leaving a note at User talk:Piotrus. Thank you.

Copying within Wikipedia requires proper attribution
Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from World Trade Organization into History of the World Trade Organization. While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content, disclosing the copying and linking to the copied page, e.g., copied content from [[page name]]; see that page's history for attribution
. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. The attribution has been provided for this situation, but if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, please provide attribution for that duplication. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. If you are the sole author of the prose that was moved, attribution is not required. — Diannaa 🍁 (talk) 21:25, 29 January 2017 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Watsi
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Watsi, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. DGG ( talk ) 10:09, 6 March 2017 (UTC)

The article Anatole de Bengy has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Aside from the Catholic Encyclopedia, I can't find any additional sources to indicate that this one particular person was more notable than any of the other 70+ Jesuits also murdered in the same uprising. He is trivially mentioned in a few sources, but mostly as just a name among other names. There is little to no discussion of him as a person.

Article issues
- Greetings, I have run across several articles at Category:Articles lacking sources from June 2017 like the unsourced 1876 Enniskillen by-election and 1874 Huntingdon by-election (both created by you in 2013) which have become career maintenance listings.
- I did not look to see if you are still active. I saw that at times you deem yourself "to be expert in most everything" but your knowledge is not a substitute for sourcing according to policies and guidelines. These dictionary like stubs might be better merged (or redirected) to a parent (and sourced) article like Enniskillen (UK Parliament constituency) or Huntingdon (UK Parliament constituency).
- While something may be somewhat "notable" in an historical context that does not mean "everything notable needs a stand alone article". Even if there is a source (or a couple) if a subject is already covered in an existing article it can be deemed an unnecessary fork.
- I thought I would engage in some dialog before making a decision if a merge request, redirect, or possible AFD is warranted. Thanks, Otr500 (talk) 11:27, 24 December 2019 (UTC)

Happy First Edit Day!
The article Inventory of Church Property has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Look, I get that it's in the Catholic Encyclopedia, but this is basically a dictionary definition for "you take an inventory when you take over a church position that someone else had first so you know everything is in order". It's not a technical process that's somehow unique to the Catholic Church. Or any church, really. There aren't any other independent sources that I found that discuss it, so it fails WP:GNG in addition to being a dicdef.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. ♠PMC♠ (talk) 05:39, 4 June 2020 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Maurice Najman
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

A tag has been placed on Maurice Najman requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a real person or group of people that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay.
