Flag of Lakandula

Hi. I was wondering if we could identify a specific source for Lakandula's_Flag.jpg? It'd be a big help. -- Alternativity (talk) 05:16, 20 July 2009 (UTC)

Thanks for the interest. I got the prototype here: [1], and I was able to contact the owner of the site, Mr. Paolo Paddeu, an Italian living in Milan (Imagine, foreign people had the access to have photos of relics of such pre-hispanic artifacts as well as kingdoms), and he agreed except that those (all of them) must be use non-commercially and must be in fair use rationale for only specific article.--JL 09Talk to me! 09:45, 20 July 2009 (UTC)

Uh-oh. We've got a problem there, as Mr. Paddeu's site won't pass muster at Wikipedia:Reliable Sources, as "reliable sources" in this case would have to either be firsthand accounts, or sources directly quoting the firsthand accounts re:shape, color, and texture of the flags/banners... So far, though, he mentions a quote from Historia General de Filipinas, but doesn't provide details of how the book describes the exact shape of the flags/banners. If we could learn THAT, we'd be much better off. Otherwise, we may have to remove the image altogether in keeping with Wikipedia policy, or, if we at least get less-than-detailed descriptions, move it to another section of the article as an "artist's interpretation." -- Alternativity (talk) 11:56, 20 July 2009 (UTC)

Sir on your moving of the Zimbabwean election articles.

Sir, please revert your moving of the election article titles to their original form as you didnt discuss the moving proposal in the talk page. Its really unethical of you sir to do such a thing of importance without a discussion on it. Rizalninoynapoleon (talk) 15:01, 20 July 2009 (UTC)

Perhaps you can also consult this section, as you wish. The previous elections aren't the future ones--JL 09Talk to me! 15:12, 20 July 2009 (UTC)

Third help

{{help}} This table looks bad that the bullets on the next section goes through it. How can I fix it? Thanks.--JL 09Talk to me! 13:20, 27 July 2009 (UTC)

If you changed align="left" to align="center" at the top of the table, the next sections won't start until after the table has ended. Please let me know if there are any more questions. Thanks! --Mysdaao talk 15:09, 27 July 2009 (UTC)

{{help}} Right now, {{Chronology of 2009 swine flu cases in the Philippines}} is doing good, but when added into an article, it seems to be unaesthetic such as this. It only shows "May 2009" in condensed form, not the "June 2009", "July 2009", and so forth parts. What should I do to make this target template orientation?--JL 09Talk to me! 12:07, 1 August 2009 (UTC)

Hi, that is happening because the tables are set to be 'collapsible'. If tables are 'collapsible', and there are more than x tables on a page (on EN Wikipedia I think that it is more than 2 auto-collapsing tables), then they will be collapsed automatically. To test it, just try putting the template several times on a test page.
If you want to force it to not collapse, simply remove this part (which occurs several times); class="collapsible <includeonly>collapsed</includeonly>" and also, near the top, change {| class="navbox collapsible" to just {| class="navbox".
I did this in user:chzz/pigflut and transcluded it several times in user:chzz/pigflu to test it.
Cheers,  Chzz  ►  12:19, 1 August 2009 (UTC)
P.S. For more on this, see Help:Collapsing.  Chzz  ►  12:21, 1 August 2009 (UTC)
Thanks Chzz. I am thinking to use that, but if I will remove those parts, it will make the article too messy, (there is a horizontal table right down below it.). If it will not happen, I will just stick to the same template codes that only shows the "May 2009" part. Thanks again.--JL 09Talk to me! 12:36, 1 August 2009 (UTC)

{{help}} How can I make my talk -page have that message whenever somebody edited it? Like there comes a message "Thanks for contacting" in the main editing frame which in hidden? Thanks.--JL 09Talk to me! 16:00, 14 August 2009 (UTC)
