The way to change a title is to use the "move" function to move the article to the title you prefer. However, that option may not be available to very new users, so you may not be able to do that yet, so I've moved the article to Yamaha XJ900. - Nunh-huh 10:54, 24 April 2006 (UTC)
Image tagging for Image:Bailey logo.jpg
editThanks for uploading Image:Bailey logo.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the source and creator of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the source and creator of the image on the image's description page, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided source information for them as well.

Notability of Mark Bailey (luthier)
editA tag has been placed on Mark Bailey (luthier), requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article appears to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion. To do this, add {{hangon}}
on the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag) and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.
For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. --Finngall talk 16:13, 6 June 2007 (UTC)
- Ditto for Bailey Guitars. --Finngall talk 16:15, 6 June 2007 (UTC)
- First off, if the subject is not notable, then there shouldn't be an article about it here, regardless of possible confusion. If notability is established, then a disambiguation page could be created--my first thought would be to move the existing "Bailey Guitars" article to "Bailey Guitars (Scotland)" or some similarly unique designation, and then turn "Bailey Guitars" into a disambiguation page with links to the articles for both companies.
- Also, I strongly suggest throwing the {{hangon}} tag on both of your pages right now and adding the notability references as soon as humanly possible--the admins are not psychic and will base any decision based on what's there, not what's going to be there. Hope this helps. Thanks. --Finngall talk 16:39, 6 June 2007 (UTC)
Orphaned non-free image (Image:Bailey logo.jpg)
editThanks for uploading Image:Bailey logo.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 12:39, 16 June 2007 (UTC)
A tag has been added to Bing_(mining) for inclusion into Wiktionary. The information in this article appears to be better suited to a dictionary than an encyclopedia. Wikipedia is not a dictionary, but Wiktionary is. Please verify that this article meets the Wiktionary criteria for inclusion and check that Wiktionary does not already have an article on this word or phrase. If this article can be modified to be more than a dictionary entry, please do so and remove this message. Daltxn (talk) 19:00, 2 April 2008 (UTC)
Problems with upload of File:The Almighty-Blood, Fire and Love.jpg
editThanks for uploading File:The Almighty-Blood, Fire and Love.jpg. You don't seem to have said where the image came from, who created it, or provided a license tag. We require this information to verify that the image is legally usable on Wikipedia, and because most image licenses require giving credit to the image's creator.
To add this information, select the appropriate license tag from this list, click on this link, then click the "Edit" tab at the top of the page and add the information to the image's description. If you can't find a suitable license tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia. If you need help, post your question on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 22:05, 10 April 2011 (UTC)
Blood, Fire and Live
editHello. You tagged an article you created yourself with proposed deletion - did you know that if you created the page yourself and no one else has made significant contributions to it, you can also request it to be speedily deleted? But even better in this case is a redirect, which I created for you. The page you tagged for proposed deletion now redirects to Blood, Fire and Live automatically. Happy editing, and see you 'round! Zakhalesh (talk) 17:39, 12 April 2011 (UTC)
Thanks for getting back to me.....I know what went wrong and it may be useful for you to know, so I'll briefly explain. The albums either side of Blood, Fire and Live are Blood, Fire and Love and Soul Destruction... I created the Blood, Fire and Live page from the main The Almighty article itself... but when I went to the Soul Destruction page to create a link back, I didn't notice that the infobox had 'Blood, Fire & Live' as the title. I then thought I'd done something wrong and created that page too.... Oooops... JSL595 (talk) 17:57, 12 April 2011 (UTC)
- I declined your request to speedy delete the article, as it can be a useful redirect; if you still wish it deleted, however, feel free to ping me on my talk page and I'll be happy to oblige. Cheers. Salvio Let's talk about it! 19:33, 12 April 2011 (UTC)
