I made my first Wikipedia edit yesterday...a minor fix to a jangling word-choice mistake in a bio of a musical performer, "reprisals" instead of the contextually correct "reprises"...and then decided that perhaps I should register in order to conform to the social norm and to better learn how Wikipedia works.
I was quickly blocked as a possible clone of a problematic user.
In fact, I'm not such a clone. I emailed the administrator that blocked me to that effect. What further actions should I take to straighten out my status?
