Strength training

edit

Hello. I have reverted your recent additions to Strength training. Please do not combine sources to support a conclusion which is not directly supported by those sources. In Wikipedia jargon, this is known as WP:SYNTH. Likewise, wording which may be appropriate for an argumentative essay or for a paper written as a university assignment are not necessary appropriate for an encyclopedia article. Please summarize reliable sources from a neutral point of view. Please review WP:TONE for more on this.

Please also note that in general, WP:SECONDARY sources are preferable, and are especially important for medical topics, which are held to a higher standard, per WP:MEDRS. Thanks. Grayfell (talk) 03:52, 15 November 2024 (UTC)Reply
