Bauer content

I've re-added the Bauer content in the Genocide article. The placing and some of your phrasing were inapt and slightly more detailed than was necessary or warranted. I hope you are reasonably happy with how your addition is presented. Pincrete (talk) 10:22, 25 January 2023 (UTC)

Managing a conflict of interest
