Help us improve wikimeets by filling in the UK Wikimeet survey!

edit

Hello! I'm running a survey to identify the best way to notify Wikimedians about upcoming UK wikimeets (informal, in-person social meetings of Wikimedians), and to see if we can improve UK wikimeets to make them accessible and attractive to more editors and readers. All questions are optional, and it will take about 10 minutes to complete. Please fill it in at:

Draft

edit

Hi Jam, Ive tweaked your draft and could do more. I think you will see some hints of how to do referencing. I also added a link to General William Stirling and I have tweaked his page to show where the park was in his life. Do comment more if you want more assistance which is available in JCB digger loads. Oh and I see you are using the Draft process. Thats fine, but it is optional so if you get any hassle then there are alternative and quicker paths to publication. Strictly speaking you should not use interviews or primary evidence. Wikipedia calls this "original research" as it includes those who have the "true" info on who killed JFK etc etc. Find secondary sources (not blogs), encyclopaedias (not wikis) are fine. Free pics

edit

I found some great pictures of Flickr of Muiravonside (maybe the country park). THe photographer agreed to share them so they are now in the category of pictures. The one of the woodlands and the steel thistle (where?) look very nice and there are some pics of ducks and fungi. Do improve the article descriptions if you understand what they are. I gave them a generic desc while we find out more. all the best - Me on Mothers Day Victuallers (talk) 15:06, 6 March 2016 (UTC)Reply
