I've deleted it as a test page per your remark on the talk page. Please be aware that notability has to be shown in biographies (see WP:ATHLETE and WP:BIO, and this notability has to be proved with reliable independent sources WP:RS. With your subject being semi-pro, it is quite likely that he doesn't pass ATHLETE. Pros who have played in fully pro leagues pass, but for others there are problems.
