The beach at il-Ballut ta' Marsaxlokk in 1970s (by Prof. Joseph M. Falzon)

Hello @James Gabarretta: I saw you drafted the page on Il-Ballut ta' Marsaxlokk, well done! I was checking the very nice pic you uploaded on Wikicommons, taken in the 1970s by Prof. Joseph M. Falzon. I see that it was given to you by Annalise Falzon (his daughter, I presume?). As copyright extends 70 years after the death of the author, to avoid that the picture is deleted from wikicommons, there is a procedure to be followed. She would have to send an email to Wikicommons, confirming that she accepts that the picture is released with license CC BY SA. Do you think this is possible? this is the explanatory page. I can help in drafting the email she should send, if needed, or other Wiki Community Malta volunteers can also do. Thanks again, cheers! --Dans (talk) 10:16, 12 March 2023 (UTC)Reply
