Advise Regarding Draft

I hope you are well. I noticed that my AFC submission for the stub draft on Draft:Shehzad Poonawalla was declined, and I would greatly appreciate your guidance on where I specifically need to improve.
I believe the topic is notable, but I am struggling with sourcing it properly. Could you please point out what aspects require more work in Detail? Additionally, if you have the time, I would be grateful for any help you could provide in finding suitable sources or by doing some edits yourself, as I’m still new to this process.
