Global warming

Hi. I realise that this revert was because the user that inserted it is an abusive sockpuppet, but is the information in the edit itself wrong, or is it Wikipedia policy to revert abusive socks' edits even if they are helpful and regardless of the context? I'm honestly not sure if there is a rule or not. If someone happens to know that comes by here, I am curious what the policy is. Regarding the revert, I do know of Emanuel's recent publication, and it probably does fit in Global warming under the paragraph that begins "Additional anticipated effects include..." since it mentions Emanuel's previous work (though not directly cited). If I weren't in a rush at the time when I noticed the familiar editing style of the puppeteer, I might have tried to merge it in that paragraph somewhere, as the study doesn't merit an entire paragraph to itself. I think some discussion of what exactly should be done with the study needs to happen in Talk:Global warming, like what User:Rossnixon has started. Jason Patton (talk) 13:42, 14 April 2008 (UTC)

BNL

Just for the record, I left the source for the BNL arrest on Robertson's talk page. And, the Yahoo Music article which I had as a source said Robertson was the one that was arrested. Yeah, I'm with you on that one. BNL's always been one of my favorite bands, though I haven't actually followed them quite as much lately as I have in the past. It sounds like Page has been going through some stressful times, though it's no excuse. Still, I hope that everything gets worked out in a respectful manner and that he gets his life back in gear. Hmm, not behind a proxy
