Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. On many keyboards, the tilde is entered by holding the Shift key, and pressing the key with the tilde pictured. You may also click on the signature button   located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 23:45, 18 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

Nick and More ist not an official page its a fanpage so stop the ediwar! or u get a report!

"What We Are Not

Nick and More! is not affiliated with any of the television networks mentioned on this website. All characters and related indicia are copyright (©) and trademark (TM) of their respective owners." 87.161.204.183 (talk) 10:33, 9 March 2013 (UTC)Reply

Of course that site doesn't belong to Nick, it doesn't belong to any network. From where do you think TV schedules sites get their information? From the television Networks themselves. Also you've seen yourself it has been correct for the past episodes.Javier12345 (talk) 16:32, 9 March 2013 (UTC)Reply

Thats not offical sites so stop it! wikipedia is a site to make right things not fanmakes sso stop it or i make a real report to you and than you lose your edit! so stop it now<! 87.161.204.183 (talk) 09:45, 10 March 2013 (UTC)Reply

I don't understand what you're trying to say. If they don't know how do you explain them being right with the past episodes including episode's name? Javier12345 (talk) 17:31, 11 March 2013 (UTC)Reply

Your recent editing history at List of Winx Club episodes shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.

To avoid being blocked, instead of reverting please consider using the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. See BRD for how this is done. You can post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection. —DragonLord(talk/contribs) 00:21, 6 April 2013 (UTC)Reply

Notice of Edit warring noticeboard discussion

edit

Hello. This message is being sent to inform you that there is currently a discussion involving you at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Edit warring regarding a possible violation of Wikipedia's policy on edit warring. Thank you. —DragonLord(talk/contribs) 00:44, 6 April 2013 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 72 hours for edit-warring and abusing multiple accounts, as you did at List of Winx Club episodes. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding below this notice the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.  Bbb23 (talk) 01:15, 6 April 2013 (UTC)Reply

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

Background: I was blocked for an edit war in article List of Winx Club Episodes, users Malibu1236 and LinnFan432 where removing the future episodes content, saying it wasn't official although the information was taken from TV schedules. I was blocked even though after I got the warning I stopped reverting the changes at the article involved and I even explained an administrator(I think) the situation. I mean why warning me if I'm still getting blocked? And just to clarify not all those IP addresses involved are mine. In my opinion it was vandalism from Malibu1236 and LinnFan432(I believe they're the same person). As you can clearly see in the edit history I was asking the user proof all the sites used as sources were unreliable but I never got answer from him/her, the only answer I got was: "they are not official", logic behind this being they don't belong to Nick or Rainbow but as far as I know information about future episodes can be taken from TV schedules. I may not have used the talk page but I tried settling the problem down. Just for reference, the sites used as sources are:

Javier12345 (talk) 05:04, 6 April 2013 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

Per Bbb23, you've been blocked for knowingly edit warring and using IP accounts to edit war - just because the warning was received after your last edit doesn't change things here. m.o.p 20:39, 6 April 2013 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

I'll notify the blocking administrator and see what they say. m.o.p 20:18, 6 April 2013 (UTC)Reply

Yes, I used different IPs, but I did that unknowingly I don't always remember to log in. I never tried making it look like I was different users, I mean I'm not even trying to deny the fact I'm most of the IP addresses that were involved. Looking at Bbb23's comment I think this part is unfair: "abusing multiple accounts". The only account I use is this one and I repeat, if I used different IPs is because I'm not always in the same place and I don't always remember to log in. He doesn't need to geolocate the IPs to know it was me, I'm accepting it cause it was never my intention to "abuse multiple accounts", that was unintentional and from now on I'll always make sure I'm logged in before editing.Javier12345 (talk) 22:02, 6 April 2013 (UTC)Reply

And continuing with my own comment "The edit war is because of you, it's you against various users.", if you check older edits you'll see I was not the only one adding that content, other users like Plong26, Eli Orni and Kathovo were also adding some of the content that was being removed. With my comment I meant other users not other IPs.Javier12345 (talk) 22:00, 6 April 2013 (UTC)Reply

I also have to disagree with this part from Bbb23's comment "although it's not like he didn't know what he was doing", I never knew there could be a problem if I used different IP addresses (meaning editing from different locations without logging in), I'm not an expert at rules involving IP usage. The only thing I did knowingly was the edit warring part but as I said before, I stopped after receiving a warning. Javier12345 (talk) 22:05, 6 April 2013 (UTC)Reply

m.o.p. asked me to come talk to you. I have two questions/concerns:
  • I can understand forgetting to log in, but when you edit an article as an IP, you are warned that you are doing so. At that point, you could stop and log in. Why didn't you?
  • You stopped after the warning, but you knew you were edit warring before the warning. As I'm sure you noticed when you looked at my talk page, your last revert clearly indicated that you knew what you were doing. Do you think it's okay to edit war simply because no one has warned you? Warnings are intended generally to alert the unknowing editor, not one who already knows. Sometimes, for example, editors get carried away and forget how many reverts they've made. That wasn't the case with you.
--Bbb23 (talk) 22:18, 6 April 2013 (UTC)Reply

To answer the first point, it was because of what I previously said "I never knew there could be a problem if I used different IP addresses (meaning editing from different locations without logging in), I'm not an expert at rules involving IP usage"

And to answer the second point I meant I knowingly undid the edits not that I knowingly wanted an edit war. I mean I didn't even knew there were rules about edit wars I thought it was a user made term. Referencing what you say, I did got carried away as the user wasn't even reasoning to what I was saying to him/her. In summary I never meant my intention was to have an edit war, with knowingly I meant undoing the edits because the other user wasn't reasoning. Being sincere I was waiting for an administrator to come and decide something about the content being removed and it's not like I can't wait 72 hours but I really think it's unfair I was blocked after I was trying to reason with the other user to stop the edit war.Javier12345 (talk) 22:30, 6 April 2013 (UTC)Reply

I'm sorry, but I'm having trouble accepting your answers. If you want to be unblocked, you'll have to make another unblock request. If you do, I'm not going to accept it, but another admin will review it.--Bbb23 (talk) 22:54, 6 April 2013 (UTC)Reply
No, I guess it's ok I mean you don't have to believe me, you don't even know me. I will wait 72 hours, it's not THAT much and at least the other user is blocked too. Javier12345 (talk) 22:59, 6 April 2013 (UTC)Reply
