Freeloading

I have a very firm view that Wikipedia user pages are only for people who contribute to Wikipedia. If you create a user page and do nothing else, then the page constitues spam or using Wikipedia as a free host. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 11:26, 17 March 2014 (UTC)
