Verifiabilty
editHi, i have Islam and Slavery watchlisted and i just wanted to talk to you about Wikipedia:Verifiability. It is a very strange concept and utterly central to wikipedia. This encyclopedia trys to be NeutralPOV by noteing all major POV's. These POV's all think they are the TRUTH, our job is not to say who is right just who says what. This is controlled by the concept of RELIABILTY, ie Who do we listen to? Reliabilty decides that, academic sources are top of the list as well as court findings, below these government and NGO reports by notable people. Then the opinions of notable people then finally famous people.
That probably does not answer all your questions but feel free to ask me some. (Hypnosadist) 12:26, 29 September 2008 (UTC)
