I am sorry for vandalizing .If you unblock me I will only make sourced and correct edits. See my edit log.I genuinely want to make wikipedia accurate and and as good as the admins want it to be.My mom has ALS and I was upset.I am better now,unblock me please.I will only make sourced and accurate edits.I swear on my sicks mothers life.May god strike me dead if i am lying. No more vandalizing. I will use the sandbox for that stuff

Decline reason:

So your genuine desire to make Wikipedia more accurate, combined with your mother's ALS, made you go through the motions of getting auto-confirmed just to vandalize an article with a deceptive edit summary.
