Hi Jennifer - welcome to Wikipedia! Just wanted to let you know that I've deleted the wiki logo you had on your user page, because you indicated that only Wikipedia has permission to use this file. While it might seem reasonable to assume that such files can be freely used on Wikipedia, since explicit permission to use it was given, this is in fact not the case. Please do not upload any more files with this restriction on them, because content on Wikipedia needs to be compatible with the GNU Free Documentation License, which allows anyone to use it.

If you created this media file and want it to be kept on Wikipedia, re-upload it stating {{GFDL-self}} to license it under the GFDL, or {{cc-by-sa-2.5}} to license it under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike license, or use {{PD-self}} to release it into the public domain.

If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. UkPaolo/talk 11:17, 22 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

You edited my user page to get rid of an image that was "permission given for wikipedia" but not "properly licensed". Thanks for the heads up. I didn't realize there was a difference and I do now thanks to you (and now the image is properly licensed). I just wanted to say thanks for putting in the effort :-) - JenniferForUnity 20:48, 23 October 2006 (UTC)Reply
not a problem - I'm glad you've now chosen to relicense the image! cheers, UkPaolo/talk 07:38, 24 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

Hello Jennifer. You might consider deleting the article, Minnesota 8th congressional district election, 2006. The article seems to have served the purpose you intended and now with the elcetion over is just an incompete article taking up wiki space. Thanks for considering it. Response to your inquiry

Thanks for noticing my edits. I do quite a bit of spelling correction when my attention is divided. Otherwise I write about Minnesota history, places, or people. I've also spent time today working on the God-awful article Renewable fuels (I'm not done yet). I'll add you to my LJ friends if you'd like. I didn't find JenniferForUnity there; what do you go by? Election Reform

Dear JenniferForUnity,

My biggest issue is election reform, specifically things like Ranked Pairs Polling and the Comparison of Pairs of Outcomes by the Single Transferable Vote (which can be implemented to accomplish a Proportional representation version of Ranked Pairs).

What do you think about the Schulze method [1] [2] [3]? Markus Schulze 22:30, 9 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Just to let you know that unitysupporters.com, which you link to on your user page, has been taken over by a spam site. ☹ Kragen Javier Sitaker (talk) 12:21, 24 September 2008 (UTC)Reply
