The 2011-12 India data is not tentative. It is the current numbers. Please read the article carefully. the 2014 proposals are tentative and not yet adopted. I used the average of rural and urban. Your numbers are 2007 and not acceptable. The value of the rupee has changed in the past 7 years. The 2011-12 data is more relevant and accurate.
With respect to the China data. You article did not list the 2011 (current numbers) since it was published right before the 2011 numbers came out.
