Yes, you can edit almost any of the articles on Wikipedia. Some articles are fully protected so only administrators can edit them, and some articles are semi-protected so anonymous users and newly registered users can't edit them. But for all others, they can be edited by anyone. Please see Wikipedia:How to edit a page for information on how to make edits, and let me know if there are any questions.
