Currently, the /Talktop page includes the Category:Non-talk pages with subpages that are automatically signed category. As the name suggests, this category changes no functionallity on existing talk pages, as they are automatically checked anyways, and all transclusions to this template are on talk pages. Therefore, this is redundant. Could this be removed? The user in question does not seem to have any contributions past 2013, so I can not ask them for input. Thanks.
