Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed. Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reasons left by ChrysGalley were:
The content of this submission includes material that does not meet Wikipedia's minimum standard for inline citations. Please cite your sources using footnotes. For instructions on how to do this, please see Referencing for beginners. Thank you.
This submission appears to read more like a résumé than an entry in an encyclopedia. Encyclopedia articles should refer to a range of independent, reliable, published sources, that provide secondary analysis of the subject's life in context. In contrast, résumés will tend to list individual accomplishments and rely on self-published sources, which might unduly focus on positive events and fail to properly balance their weight. Please rewrite your submission to comply with these policies by using independent, reliable sources.
 The comment the reviewer left was:
At the moment it's not fully sourced per the WP:BLP policy. The tone is very promotional. It's not what the subject says that's useful here, it's what other people say of the subject.
Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit it after they have been resolved.

This draft reads like an advertisement. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a platform for promotion or marketing. Drafts that are exclusively promotional may be deleted without notice.

Wikipedia articles must be written neutrally in a formal, impersonal, and dispassionate way. They should not read like a blog post, advertisement, or fan page. Rewrite the draft to remove:

Instead, only summarize in your own words a range of independent, reliable, published sources that discuss the subject.

If you have a conflict of interest (e.g. you are the subject, an employee, or a relative) or are being paid to edit, you must disclose this to comply with Wikipedia's Terms of Use.
Stop resubmitting until you make significant changes.

The article still reads like an advertisement. Phrases like: "He made a name for himself as the host of the network's Power and Politics segment, where he interviewed some of the biggest political power players shaping politics in the Garden State" are typical of this. You need to go through the whole article and remove all promotional language (please read WP:PROMO to understand what this really means.) ALL statements must be referenced (there are none at all in the Published Work section). Please do not submit this article again until it has been significantly improved.

Feedback
The reviewer, Accesscrawl, left the following feedback:
This draft's references do not show that the person meets Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion for people. The draft requires multiple published secondary sources that:
  • provide significant coverage: discuss the person in detail, not brief mentions or interviews lacking independent analysis;
  • are reliable: from reputable outlets with editorial oversight;
  • are independent: not connected to the person, such as interviews, press releases, the subject's own website, or sponsored content.
Please add references that meet all three of these criteria. If none exist, the subject is not yet suitable for Wikipedia.
The article has improved, but it still relies heavily on routine coverage of the subject's employment and political campaigns. See WP:GNG and WP:NBIO.
