edit Hello, I'm FlightTime Phone. Please refrain from changing genres, as you did to Bleach (Nirvana album) even if you provide a/some source(s), you'll still need to start a discussion on the article talk page to allow editors who regular watch that page a chance to discuss the reliability of the source(s) you provided. One reason is, genre sources can easily be considered an opinion and not fact. Genre's are a touchy subject here on Wikipedia and without discussion/consensus, regardless of your source(s), your addition or removal will most likely be reverted. Your edit has been reverted and archived in the page history for now.
Thank you. - FlightTime Phone (open channel) 21:28, 16 August 2021 (UTC)
Your recent editing history at Back in Black shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See the bold, revert, discuss cycle for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.
Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you do not violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. - @Magatta No no no, YOU'RE the one in the edit war against three other users... The article was changed twice by other editors before me, and YOU are the one who has been reverting them. I only supported the previous editors who've YOU locked out of the article... Jizzygizzyfoshizzyyy (talk) 01:57, 24 August 2021 (UTC)

Back to drafts for Ziggy
editHi — it seems you moved the very under-referenced draft into the main space at Ziggy (band), on the basis that "after listening to some of the music, I trust the information is accurate". Sorry, but that's not quite how this works. I've moved it back to drafts now, where it can wait for better referencing and a proper AfC review, preferably in that order. Thanks, --DoubleGrazing (talk) 08:52, 19 August 2021 (UTC)
Undercurrent
editPlease note that this is not "your" article – you do not WP:OWN it, nobody owns any article on Wikipedia, and the whole point of Wikipedia is that anyone can make edits that they feel are constructive and improve the article. I've pointed you in the direction of Wikipedia guidelines that you and every other editor are expected to follow, and why I edited the article according to these guidelines. As for the chronology, please see this discussion, where the consensus was that only one chronology should be used for all album types. Richard3120 (talk) 02:48, 20 August 2021 (UTC)
- Then if you're going to edit this one, you need to edit every other album that apparently does this "incorrectly." I don't see why the "extra chronology" codec exists if it's not supposed to be used... This makes navigation between Matisyahu albums much more streamlined, as before, it was a mess. I spent three hours fixing up the chronology on the Matisyahu albums last week, to appear like every other artist's chronology. It's fine. (Jizzygizzyfoshizzyyy (talk) 02:04, 23 August 2021 (UTC))
Your move
editWelcome to Wikipedia! - Welcome to the concept of consensus. (WP:Consensus) - 15 versus 13 is no consensus, and then it stays as it is. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 06:53, 21 August 2021 (UTC)
