I realize there may be some question about COI with this page. However, there are currently multiple pages (internet Low Bit Rate Codec and internet Speech Audio Codec) that reference Global IP Solutions, but link to pages that have yet to be created. I would merely like to start a page to give more information about the company. On a side note, and as a new user, I am perplexed how a page that has yet to be published, and is only a subpage of my user page can be flagged for deletion.
