Hey, Boo! This is Melissa. I'm guessing you got the email about our topic choices, but I thought I'd comment back and say hello anyway. :) See you in class tomorrow! Mgreen1 (talk) 06:46, 15 September 2011 (UTC)

Before you create an article, make sure you understand what kind of articles are accepted here. Remember: Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, and while many topics are encyclopedic, some things are not.
It is highly recommended that you place this text: {{Educational assignment}}
on the discussion page of any articles you are working on as part of your Wikipedia-related course assignment. This will let other editors know this article is a subject of an educational assignment and should be treated accordingly.
We hope you like it here and encourage you to stay even after your assignment is finished! Valfontis (talk) 18:01, 13 September 2011 (UTC)

Feedback - Week 4 Assignments
editNice job with the edit/evaluation and linking to my user page and your colleagues'. In terms of topics - I turned up absolutely no published articles on PsycINFO for either of the phobias and only 3 for healthy multiplicity (2 of these were unpublished dissertations). Additionally, if you look at the two phobias they have each been created at some point and then deleted (this doesn't bode well for the article topic - Haptodysphoria). If you are interested in somewhat esoteric phobias you can always find a table of these in your textbook (in Anxiety Disorders chapter) and then see if there are any with at least a handful of published articles? Additionally, although there isn't much specifically on algophobia if you are interested in pain-related fears there is a broad literature and it seems you could modify the site you evaluated. If you need help brainstorming additional ideas let me know. Tatompki (talk) 17:15, 23 September 2011 (UTC)
Feedback - Week 4 Assignments
editExcellent work! You are really getting the hang of editing (including providing constructive suggestions on the talk page along with edit summaries) and linking. There was a slight problem with your reference in that the journal should be the journal title not the database where you retrieved it (no points deducted). Hopefully your group is getting a bit closer to narrowing down to your topic? Let me know if you need any help! Tatompki (talk) 05:25, 29 September 2011 (UTC) Here’s an example for how you’ll want to cite such articles: [1]
