- Looking at Google maps satellite, there's a pretty obvious extension west that meets the Trans Canada a little west of 130. Come to think, I remember construction at the Thunder Bay Expressway interchange at least as far back as 1992--was it abandoned? --Jnik 20:40, 10 November 2007 (UTC)
The extension was completed in August, but it is not part of the Harbour Expressway, it is a re-routing of Highway 11/17. The new designations can be viewed on this map. The old stretch of 11/17 which ran concurrent to Arthur Street is now entirely the responsibility of the City of Thunder Bay. The interchange was not built, the intersection simply has off-ramps. The MTO cancelled all interchanges in Thunder Bay in the mid 90s as they felt there was not enough demand for it. vıdıoman (talk • contribs) 04:32, 11 November 2007 (UTC)
