Sure! Thanks for asking. First of all, if you have a working interest in the company, be careful that you don't violate conflict of interest rules which you can review at WP:COI. As for the content, think really dry and scholarly. It can't have any self-promotional prose. Notability is important as well, so WP:NOTABILITY is a good place to start. Basically, if you can link the article to verifiable third party sources such as major media coverage, that's a real bonus and should be enough to get it to stay. One good way to build an article is to do so on a user subpage: User:Jnymac/Courageous Sailing Center. This way, you can work on the article online, but away from the main article space.
