Improving your draft

I came here because most article creation questions at the help desk end up being about non-notable people who will never have an acceptable article, and I must admonish the editor to quit wasting his time and ours. However, your article is different. It clear that the subject has been elected to a "sub-national level" assembly, since it's an Indian state and not something smaller. See WP:POLITICIAN. So: good news! Your article should not be declined due to notability.

However, the article formatting is a disaster. I recommend that you look at other articles about Indian state-level politicians and find one whose format you like. copy that article to get the right format, then replace all of the non-format content with your content. If you want to be rigidly correct about process, your initial edit (the copy) will name the article you copied with an edit summary of "copied XXXX to re-use its format" or some such. -Arch dude (talk) 17:16, 23 January 2020 (UTC)
