Hi Joe. It's probably not necessary to have "approach, consciousness, culture", etc in bold; they can just be in normal font though obvioously with references (unless you have specific reasons for keeping them in bold). On the original IM page they were in bold because they were in the opening sentence/definition, which isn't the case here.
Also, the reference to Sally Goerner pertains to a different definition, Integral Culture, which is inspired by Paul Ray who in turn is inspired by Aurobindo, Sorokin & Gebser (but not Wilber). So you may want to supplement or replace that particular reference, and similar ones if any, unless folks at the I-I or in any of the journals specifically mention and identify with it (Goerner does mention Wilber in a positive way on the Integral Science webpage but says her definition is somewhat different).
