Having researched several UK-based and global organisations as part of my MBA dissertation into Organisational Learning, I’d welcome discussion with anyone aiming to encourage transfer of classroom training into effective activity ‘on-the-job’ (and on the challenge of cost justifying the programme of learning).
I’m particularly interested in the role these systems play motivating staff to act – after the training is completed. (Having thirty years in sales, management and training, this profession is of particular interest.)
