editOK. If you insist. I won't revert it again in the near future. But I do wonder what is the point of creating this red link? Are you planning to create the article? If so, when, and why not create that link AFTER you've created the article? If not, why are you creating this red link? I'll be interested to read your reply. Cheers, Pdfpdf (talk) 02:52, 16 February 2008 (UTC)
- That red link is still there. Are you going to do anything about it? Pdfpdf (talk) 02:17, 23 February 2008 (UTC)
Roxby Downs Council
editYou are quite right about that now i look at the LGA map again. Is been a long time since i made those images, i should be able to find and correct it. Thanks for the heads up! Kare Kare (talk) 03:14, 4 October 2008 (UTC)
Nullabor roadhouse
editIs not a tiny township - it is a roadhouse (ok caravan park as well but then all of the nullabor stiopping place have facilities for caravans but they are hardly caravan parks in the strictest sense) - changing things like that with no reliable sources is not very helpful to the reader - if you indeed have a reliable source that ascertains that the nullarbor roadhouse is indeed a township site - then it needs the citation SatuSuro 06:50, 13 November 2009 (UTC)
- Note the discussion thereafter at my talk page. The above may be a little harsh as it turns out the Sydney Morning Herald said "township" but has got it wrong. Orderinchaos 08:52, 13 November 2009 (UTC)
- My apologies - I had not checked the one reference!!! - it has taken two other editors to point out that the SMH article had said that - which is wrong - it is simply a roadhouse on private land SatuSuro 09:04, 13 November 2009 (UTC)
Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Disambiguation link notification for January 19
editHi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Enfield, New South Wales, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Bertram Stevens. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 09:27, 19 January 2016 (UTC)

editwas created by a now blocked category manipulator - there are serious legacy issues with over cats, combined parent and child cat, and other issues - take care playing with this stuff !! JarrahTree 09:36, 8 January 2017 (UTC)
- Also it would be helpful if your edit summary said something to indicate what you're doing. "Cat" is a common abbreviation, see Wikipedia:Edit summary legend. - Brianhe (talk) 16:57, 8 January 2017 (UTC)

editCopying within Wikipedia requires attribution
edit Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from one or more pages into Street art. While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content, disclosing the copying and linking to the copied page, e.g., copied content from [[page name]]; see that page's history for attribution
. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. Please provide attribution for this duplication if it has not already been supplied by another editor, and if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, you should provide attribution for that also. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. DanCherek (talk) 11:35, 1 May 2022 (UTC)

The article Hook, Line and Sinker (TV program) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Appears to fail WP:GNG and WP:NTV. Complete lack of references.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Yours sincerely, TechGeek105 (his talk page) 21:03, 2 October 2023 (UTC)
