Jonnymoblin
Welcome, Jonnymoblin!
I noticed your work on Army of Ghosts, and thought I'd welcome you to Wikipedia. I'm Josiah Rowe. Thank you for your contributions, and I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:
- The five pillars of Wikipedia
- How to edit a page
- Help pages
- Tutorial
- How to write a great article
- The Manual of Style
Some other hints and tips:
- Since you have created a username, you have the privilege of customizing your own user page, which is here. You can also tell us more about yourself at Wikipedia:New user log.
- When using talk pages, please sign your name at the end of your messages by typing four tildes (~~~~). This will automatically produce your username and the date.
- If you are interested in Doctor Who, check out Portal:Doctor Who or Wikipedia:WikiProject Doctor Who. Portals are a great way to learn about a subject, and WikiProjects help you find Wikipedians with similar interests and areas of expertise.
If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}}
on your talk page and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Or come to the Wikipedia Boot Camp, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have.
Thanks again for contributing to Wikipedia. I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian.
Orphaned non-free media (Image:D of e.jpg)
editThanks for uploading Image:D of e.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 05:07, 2 September 2008 (UTC)
