Link Between Enlightenment and Imperialism moved to draftspace
editI've moved your article to draft space as it does not appear to be an encyclopedic article but an essay.

- Hi - I have to agree with this. This looks to contain lots of original research, that is to mean work and theories that you have created on your own, that aren't explicitly stated in the source material. We can only summarize what has already been stated in the source material by authorities. It also contains language that will be subjective to the reader. For example, you write things like "it is vital" without attributing it to a specific person, which is important since vital-ness will differ depending on the individual.
- Also, the work was moved back to your draftspace before - if work is challenged, it is really heavily discouraged to move the work back without discussion, since this can lead to a more permanent form of deletion, as is the case here. Let me know if you are interested in continuing to work on this article. Shalor (Wiki Ed) (talk) 00:23, 1 December 2018 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Link Between Enlightenment and Imperialism

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice that Link Between Enlightenment and Imperialism, a page that you created, has been tagged for deletion. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which pages can be deleted at any time, without discussion. If the page meets any of these strictly-defined criteria, then it may soon be deleted by an administrator. The reasons it has been tagged are:
- It appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion discussion, such as at articles for deletion. (See section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) If a page has substantially identical content to that of a page deleted after debate, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.
- It covers a topic on which we already have an article - Draft:Link Between Enlightenment and Imperialism. (See section A10 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) Please note that this is not a comment on you personally and we hope you will continue helping to improve Wikipedia. If the topic of the article you created is one that interests you, then perhaps you would like to help out at Draft:Link Between Enlightenment and Imperialism, or to discuss new information at [[Talk:Draft:Link Between Enlightenment and Imperialism|the article's talk page]].
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here.
