At the moment the article does not provide sufficient evidence for its notability, such as independant and substantial mentions in major publications, and as such will not be moved into article space. You may wish to read Wikipedia:Notability. If you are able to add to the article to show why Statsmodels is notable then please do so and then resubmit your move request.
