Fong draft

There are sections with no references. Remove all used of "Dr.", not just for Fong. People he has collaborated with likely do not need to be mentioned by name, especially if a ref to a co-authored paper is provided. People he has collaborated with do not need to be referenced as to their existence. Books need isbn numbers (see how books are ref'd for other authors). I am willing to agree that Fong is notable, but this draft still needs a lot of trimming to become encyclopaedic. David notMD (talk) 16:09, 11 May 2021 (UTC)
