editHello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), such as at Talk:SM City East Ortigas, please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:
- Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment, or
- With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button located above the edit window.
This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.
Thank you. Dom from Paris (talk) 14:07, 10 July 2018 (UTC)
What about the WP:GEOFEAT thing? How could I understand? :(Joshguevarra2001 (talk) 14:10, 10 July 2018 (UTC)
Notability for buildings notably SM City East Ortigas
editI am afraid if you can't or won't read the pages that explain notability then there is little that I can explain to you myself. Here they are again WP:GNG and WP:GEOFEAT. But in a nutshell there has to be multiple in depth coverage of a subject to show it is notable and for a building as per GOEFEAT "A geographical area, location, place or other object is presumed to be notable if it has received significant coverage in reliable sources that are, in the case of artificial features, independent of the bodies which have a vested interest in them." So sources have to talk about the shopping centre in detail and have nothing to do with the centre itself. The source that you added is a rewrite of a press release and totally promotional in tone and not sufficent to show notabilty. I am not going to look for sources myself as I don't think that shopping malls have their place here unless they are exceptional for one reason or another. Yeah, but i’m getting tired of it. I think I should delete this account, and statt again. :( what a disappointment. Don’t hope me for another opportunity.Joshguevarra2001 (talk) 14:24, 10 July 2018 (UTC)
- You can't delete accounts on Wikipedia but you can make a clean start. Please click on the link to find out how to do it and what you are allowed to do and not allowed to do if you create a new account. Dom from Paris (talk) 14:29, 10 July 2018 (UTC)
I still need to delete this page immediately.Joshguevarra2001 (talk) 14:39, 10 July 2018 (UTC)
- Which page are you talking about? If you want to delete your talk page this is normally not possible as per WP:DELTALK, but you can edit out whatever you want on your talk page if you want but it is better to archive it as per WP:REMOVED. Dom from Paris (talk) 14:47, 10 July 2018 (UTC)
My account and my page, duhJoshguevarra2001 (talk) 14:48, 10 July 2018 (UTC)
- Be careful about how you address other users especially those that have taken the time to help you. Your English is not of a particularly high standard and your edits on talk pages are not very clear sometimes which is why I asked the question as I have trouble understanding you sometimes. I think I have helped you as much as I can and as you do not want to read the different pages I have pointed you to I think that you will have to work it out on your own now. Happy editing. Dom from Paris (talk) 14:53, 10 July 2018 (UTC)
I don’t care If my English is not high as long as I’m contributing. This is me, signing off Joshguevarra2001 (talk) 14:55, 10 July 2018 (UTC)
You said earlier that i edit my article for myself, then you will deleted again. I’m tired of that Joshguevarra2001 (talk) 15:02, 10 July 2018 (UTC)
